Respiratory Problems


Respiratory Physiotherapy has been defined as the physical management of problems or potential problems in patients with respiratory conditions, in order to obtain and maintain maximal function and to minimize disease progression.

Chest physiotherapy is the term for a group of treatments designed to improve respiratory efficiency, promote expansion of the lungs, strengthen respiratory muscles, and eliminate secretions from the respiratory system.
